Wood door sign for a teacher's classroom
I use a roll of 6" wide 3M tape and adhere it to my plywood prior to cutting. This sign was made for a teacher and her classroom theme was woodland animals. I used the silhouette shapes for a racoon and bear but you could use any animal shapes.
I use spray paint for larger pieces but you can also use a paintbrush with acrylic paints. Details can be achieved using paint markers. After everything is dry, remove the backing of your 3M tape and secure your pieces together. The last step is to add a clear protective spray coating. I use satin finish clear spray over the whole project.
