Step1: Cut Front and Back

Since this is a layered project, you will need to cut 1 image normally, and then a second image mirrored. *I applied 3M tape to the MDF before cutting.

Step2: Cut Transparent Material and Assemble
Preview
The flex material is very thin acrylic. Using the M1 diode laser, the best way to cut this material is to lay a piece of paper underneath it. I use power 75, speed 10, and 3 passes but the idea is to use a lower power and multiple passes so that you don't melt it.
Once you have the flex cut out, remove the 3M paper from your MDF cutouts and sandwich the flex in the middle. Add a hanger using string or fishing line.
