The school season is just around the corner, so make a great Puffs dress for your little one!
Instruction
Step1: Prepare for processing
Switch on the machine, open xTool Creative Space on your computer, drag in the required xcs file, mirror the prepared text content, confirm the parameters and prepare for processing.
Step2: Machine cutting
Installation of passive knife head and install fine cutting knife, will be used to the hot stamping film in order to put into the machine, the processing range of calibration, adjust the parameters for fine cutting knife cutting. Paper cutting and processing of the base plate needs to be padded blue sticky board fixed paper, if the sticky board is not very strong adhesive can be used to paste the edge of the paper edge fixed.
Step3: Heat press printing
Remove the excess unwanted film and place it in the position you need to emboss. Use H1 machine (or heat press machine can be) wait for the machine preheating is completed, when the green light is on, it means that the preheating is complete. (Temperature: 150℃ Time: 15 seconds)
Step4: Hot stamping completed
When the countdown is complete, lift the machine handle up and move the stamping machine out of the way, being careful to burn your hands, and gently pick up the clear film layer.
Step5: Notes
- Using M1ultra knife to cut the stamping film need to be in advance of the text content mirror image.
- the preheating time should be long enough to ensure that enough temperature will be foaming hot stamping film to present the effect.
