Install the riser base or columns to the machine first, and then measure the diameter of the tumbler. 

Next, import the drawing file to XCS, connect the machine to your computer, and select Laser cylindrical mode. Make sure you select Chuck mode on the right setting panel, as you need to use RA2 to place the tumbler.

Now you can click Auto-measure to focus and enter the diameter of the tumbler.

Don't forget to adjust the position of the graphic to get the best outcome. 

And, click the process and frame button to check the engraving area. When it's done, start processing.

After that, use a screwdriver to unscrew the chuck components, and then you can take out the tumbler!

NOTE

1. Before engraving, please make sure the red laser dot is at the highest point of the tumbler, so that you can get a more accurate focus length.

2. Before engraving, please make sure the RA2 Pro is placed horizontally from the edge of the machine, otherwise the engraved image will be shifted.

3. When you use Roller mode to engrave the tumbler, if the roller slips, you can switch it to Chuck mode.
