Import the design into XCS software, connect the machine, place the felt pad, select Laser flat mode, adjust the pattern position, and then perform thickness auto-measurement (Tuto-measure). Finally, start laser cutting.

After completing the felt cutting, cut the self-adhesive vinyl film. Remember to use the correct blade holder and blade cutting pad, and then cut the lettering film.

After completing the film cutting, stick it onto the felt pad. Use a hot glue gun to fix the felt pad on the sunglasses. You're done!

NOTE

1. When cutting felt, it is necessary to fix the four corners of the felt with adhesive paper because felt is relatively light and can be easily blown away.

2. When cutting the self-adhesive vinyl film, make sure to pay attention to the sticky side (front) facing up. Smooth out the film after pasting it onto the felt pad.
