The first step was creating the surfboard shape. Then, I took a triangle and subtracted it from the main shape to finalize the complete surfboard design.

Now, I will create an outline to engrave the entire shape. After that, I'll add my shapes and text to the surfboard, and set all the materials for either cutting or engraving.

For this, I used a small piece of scrap basswood from my S1. If you don't have a small piece, it won't fit inside the F1 Ultra.

Now it's time to laser your wood. These settings are made for the F1 Ultra but can be adapted to other lasers. Just remember to wear your laser safety glasses.
