Information

      a simple pencil case
my tips
first glue then paint (because with acrylic the wood will warp)
when gluing, make sure that everything is properly sealed layer by layer special the slide in layer
I made a layer with 6mm

i have marked the layers in the picture which one is for which one
with the layers you can of course replace 2 with one with 6mm.

Red is cut
Orange is Engrave
Green is score

Attention the slide in layer is fragile

I also accidentally broke one of the layers, but that's not a problem because they are all glued together and that has no effect
it shouldn't be the top one then

put everything in order again
put a thin layer of glue on the first layer
apply this to the base and press it down firmly but make sure that it lies on top of the base all the way round

Step3: cleaning the glue

i used a schlaschik skewer to remove the excess glue

Step4: slide in layer

very important

that the outer edge is properly sealed so that the toplayer can be inserted later

Step5: painting

this time I painted last
because painting with acrylic always brings moisture into the wood and that warps it a little, which would have made it difficult to glue accurately
