      Many followers asks if the 3mm is too thin for projects. The answer is not really! I love cutting 3mm material because it is faster. And to make it sturdier, layer another back piece and you will be faster!

Don't feel limited if you only have 3mm material.


3mm Basswood Plywood is one of my favorite materials to cut and engrave. It is beautiful and cust fast! Cutting two of the same shapes is almost the same as cutting 6mm with two passes. Layer your project to make it sturdier!
