I have had some trouble finding the best settings for cutting aluminum business cards, so I made this test file to help choose the best option for cutting. 114/312
One of the variables you can change to get different outputs is the number of passes you use. If you lower it, you might be able to save some time by using a higher power setting.
For this, you want to use a metal business card. Any color should do.
Now it's time to laser your card. I won't be listing the settings, as that would take up the whole page. Just make sure you have it set to fiber. Also, don't forget your laser safety glasses.
Good news! You're done with your laser card. Good job!
