This handy little desk organiser holds 5 USB sticks and is an easy way to always know where your USB drives are.
I used 4mm MDF for the bottom 3 layers and 3mm plywood for the top layer. This gave the perfect depth to securely hold the USB.
I engraved the USB symbol on the top layer but you can easily change this to something more personal like a name or logo.
There are the settings I used with the xTool D1 Pro 5w and they will need to be adjusted for other lasers.
You will need to apply wood glue to each layer as you align them on top of one another, be extra careful not to get glue in the USB slots. If you have a clamp available, use this to securely hold the layers together while the glue sets.
If any glue does seep into the slots when using the clamp be sure to remove as much as possible before it has time to harden.
