create a circle
then make an outline for 5mm 
once both are created select both areas and set to engrave
and then substract both from each other to get a double circle

use the line tool to create a line at the top and bottom center
these are the cutting edges to thread the beads on
set everything to cut

I added the S and the ummer to the text
so that you can move the S closer to the buzzer and both are connected to each other 
this is important because only the buzzer holds everything together, so to speak
because the ring is cut through 

the ring is open at the top and bottom
here we string the beads one after the other
you have to be very careful as this is naturally somewhat delicate 
as soon as all the beads are threaded on, you can glue the ends together
