The first step was to make the bone shape, using a rectangle and four circles. Then I combined all of the objects, and after combining all the shapes, I created an outline of the shape and set the outline to cut.

Now all you need to do is add your text. You can change this if you want, but this is the saying that I wanted on my dog's toy case.

For this, I used basswood, but another material would work well, especially something like a piece of walnut.

Now it’s laser time. This is for an S1 40-watt, so if you use a different material or laser power, you will need to change the settings. Don't forget your laser safety glasses.
