Step1: Download the File

Download the file. You know you want to!

2
Step2: Resize

If your wanting to re-size the artwork now would be the time to do so.

Currently the Artwork is stretched to the maximum size allowed for processing.

3
Step3: Load Screen Into Fixing Jig

Load a newly stretched screen into the bed of the laser. Proceed to guide the frame into position using the fixing jig.

Step4: Process

So this is going to take awhile. While it's not recommended to leave the laser unattended you don't have to stare at it for the next two hours. Use this time to work on another design, or do some finish work on another project.

If you have a hankering bust out the video games and multitask.

Step5: Clean and Dry the Screen

Preview

Now that the screen is finished processing let's get it cleaned up.

I like to use some mild detergent and lightly wash the screen.

Rinse thoroughly and let dry.

6
Step6: Load the Screen into The Screen Printer
Preview

We are almost ready! Get the screen loaded into the screen printer base.

From here let's find something to print on.

Step7: Load the Ink
Preview

Load the Ink liberally onto one end and Press the screen firmly down on the substrate.

Give the ink a nice even pull across the screen.

Make sure everything has been properly coated.

Carefully lift the screen from the tshirt.

Step8: Finished

Now your ready to enjoy your amazing tshirt.

But wait we can make this even cooler!

Go and grab some fabric markers and color away! That’s ultimately what I designed this for!
