I wanted to show support for the female Athletes competing in this years Olympics. It was fun designing this. I have gotten lot's of Compliments wearing the shirt around town.
Follow the Procedure written by xTool to Load and Tighten your screen to the frame.
Attach the frame into the pins on the frame fixing jig.
Run the file to engrave the backside of the screen.
Now we need to rinse off the residue from the screen that was accumulated during the engraving process.
Water and a mild soap will work just fine.
Let the Screen Dry before attempting to install into the Screen Printer. The ink is water based and will not be good if extra water is introduced during printing. So make sure it's dry.
Fixing the frame into the Screen Printer is super easy.
Just slide into the tabs and lock the levers.
Apply the ink to the screen.
You can flood the ink or scrape once it's pressed down.
When I flooded the screen I got some bleeding on the shirt.
Now that the ink has been applied we are done! Just let it dry and it's ready for immediate use!
