Step 1) This project will have 3 different canvases to keep track of the pieces needing attention. The first canvas is the main daisy all set up with different named layers. This is mostly for visual help for the project. The second canvas is only the outline of the daisy and stem, this is cut out from 3mm birch. 4 daisies can be cut out from 1 sheet 12" x 12"

Step 2) On the 3rd canvas the 3 individual pieces for the daisy is placed away from each other on a new screen. These are all set to engrave with the proper setting.  Some of the smaller pieces could fit on a previously used screen but it is easier to use a new one. Now that the laser machine has done the engraving it is time to head to the screen printer itself.

Step 3) Now with the added LED table on the work surface of the screen printer smaller items like these are easily lined up for each color. Once the placement is good masking tape is use to not only hold it down but by putting tape on some of the edges it helps to line up the next piece over and over. once the tape is in place the same result can be achieved if you have 2 or 3 or 30 or 40. Each color is done the same way with drying time in between. once the 3rd color is complete the daisies are ready to display.

Step 4) Now that the daisies have had the 3 different colors applied, once dry about 15 minutes they can be displayed around the garden. The nice thing more and more can be made by simply cutting out new blank wood pieces.
