When you download this file is ready to cut but you might want add some customisation, such as a patter or name to be engraved on the front panel.


The shortest of the 3 rectangular parts should be the one that you add your engraving to, as the others will not be easily visible once complete.

Step2: Cutting

You will need to use 4mm thick material to make this organiser, any kind of wood or acrylic will work fine but the above settings may need to be adjusted.

These settings are for cutting 4mm MDF using the xTool D1 Pro 5w laser.

Assembling this organiser is fairly simple and will only take a few minutes.

Start by inserting the 3 rectangular parts into the slots in one of the angled end pieces, as pictured above.

Then slot the bottom section into place and finally attach the second angled end piece.

Glue can be added to the joints for extra strength if needed.
