Make a butterfly decoration that can flap its wings.
Turn on the machine, open xTool Creative Space on your computer, drag in the required xcs files. Prepare the sticky board for paper cutting and the honeycomb board for laser cutting as well as the masking tapes (to hold the paper in place).
Install the cutter head, put the card paper used into the machine in order, mark the processing range, and adjust the settings for cutting. The paper cutting processing base plate needs to be padded with a blue adhesive plate to fix the paper. If the adhesive plate is not very sticky, you can use masking tapes to paste the edges of the paper to fix it.
Install the cutter head. The operation of the butterfly with gold foil embossing is as follows:
(1) Perform the cutting operation separately for the butterfly with gold foil embossing, first use fine cutting for the operation. After the cutting is finished, do not move the position of the butterfly, take away the excess cardstock and just leave the butterfly.
(2) Cut the foil paper that can completely cover the size of the butterfly, and use masking tapes to fix the foil paper and tighten the edges as much as possible.
(3) You need to install an active module with an embossing head. After the installation is complete, you can proceed with the embossing operation.
Install the laser head. The felt laser cutting part of the base plate needs to be replaced with a honeycomb board for the laser cutting operation.
Prepare a butterfly switch, and assemble according to the reference picture. Use alcohol-based glue for the pasting and assembly.
Install the battery, and a butterfly decoration that can flap its wings is completed.
Note
1. Choose paper with a certain thickness, otherwise it will not stand up.
2. When using alcohol-based glue for pasting, letting the glue dry halfway will make it more firm.
3. You can add some stickers and ribbon decorations appropriately.
4. A blue adhesive plate needs to be placed under the paper for cutting, a pink adhesive plate needs to be placed under fabric and leather for processing, and a honeycomb board or knife strip board needs to be placed under for laser cutting.
