Ralphy Finkerton is proudly piloting a custom Bloingy 77
fighter bomber. Problem is Ralphy so learned to love his
bomb that he won't drop it.
Instruction
Step1: load file Ralphy.xcs
insure that layer (color) settings are correct for your machine and the 2mm basswood material
Step2: load material and run file
tape down 2mm 12x12 basswood sheet with to prevent bow
orient the wood grain sideways as shown
Step3: offload and sand
sand with 180 grit paper to remove burn
Ralphy like smooooth (also stain and urethane)
Step4: main assembly
place 2 body pieces together back to back
insert strut into lower body slot
insert wing into body slot until it touches strut
insert cockpit into body slot until it touches wing back
insert nose into body slot until it touches strut
insert windshield into body slot until it touches nose
Step5: final assembly
inset tail into body slot until it touches cockpit back
insert bomb tail into bomb back
place 2 wheel pieces together back to back
insert lug into center hole and insert wheel assembly onto strut
assembly prop to body with 2 prop nose pieces
