Step1: Prep the coin and initial settings on XCS

1st step on XCS set the Processing Mode to Embossment.
On the easypanel used power 100%, 1200mm/s. Make sure the Laser Type Fiber IR.
The default 256 layers. Turn on Descend at the z-axis.

Step2: Place the brass coin on top of riser.

Place the brass coin on the metal riser and hit refresh to take an image of the brass coin.
Click on the ruler so the auto measure takes the total height. Make sure that the 2 dots red and blue in unison after the measurement taken.
Drag the file on top to the brass coin.

Step3: Hit Process.

Shut the green shield and hit process and send the file over to controller.
Press XTOOL on the controller.

Step4: Run a cleaning process.

Turn off the output on the blue layer (image) and turn on the yellow layer.
Setting for cleaning process of the coin 40% 5000mm/s 300ln/cm.
