Step 1) This Project starts with a 1/4 pie shape from the shapes button, it then is sized to a desired size and a rectangle is made to shave off the bottom to be flat.

Step 2) Once the rectangle is placed to where the bottom will be taken off the subtract feature is used to remove the area from the shape. Now that the bottom is flat the item can be copied and pasted to create 2 of the same objects.

Step 3) Now the name of napkins is brought in from a file made elsewhere and is placed on each shape to be engraved.

Step 4) In this step a rectangle is created once again from the insert button and is sized to match the bottom flat of the sides that were made earlier, once this was complete the settings were set for engraving and cutting. once this was complete it was off to the laser.

Step 5) Once the laser finished the 2 sides were simply glued on the bottom piece ad a clear coat of poly was added for protection. Enjoy...
