Step 1) Measure the business cards you will be using most are about the same size. insert a rectangle and size it to .1mm larger then business card horizontally and vertically. set to cut from material, making sure you have a larger piece than the business card itself, the reason for this will be in the next step.

Step 2) In this step a second rectangle is needed but far larger then the business card, the reason for this is when framing the module head will end out of the way of the business card so there is ample room to remove and replace the business cards without moving anything so the process can be accurately repeated over and over. Yes there might be faster ways but this method deems to be very accurate giving perfect results every time. So now that you have a new rectangle center it with the alignment tool, only horizontally is needed as you want it to stay on the bottom end.

Step 3) With the new rectangle in place set this to score at a rather fast speed but minimum power. When sending to laser make sure start point is at the top left corner for module to return there when finished, as it will be out of the way.

Step 4) Once you have sent the job to the laser and it has cut out the rectangle the size of the business card, do not touch anything on the laser, just simply add a business card and go back to software and set the cut rectangle from cutting to score with 1% power and a higher speed you will see why in the video.

Step 5) As you can see the jig sets up the area for art work in the center of any business card you place in it's spot, this can be used for one or several business cards, another bonus is the business cards are very light and with air assist they can be moved easily from the air blowing but with this jig it holds it in place as well. worst thing is having art work come out angled with this you can avoid that.
