      summer is here
today we had 35 degrees
and I thought something summery was needed :)
i used acyrl colors for painting
but I thinned them with water so they don't cover

Step1: create the paddle

only with simple shapes :)
create the main rectangle
create two circles and place them next to each other at the same height
pay attention to the distance between them
create two rectangles with the same distance as the circles
then again 2 rectangles rotated by 20 degrees
here i copied one rotated and mirrored it

 

last but not least, select everything and choose subtract

I drew a thin rectangle from top to bottom - only 1mm thick
that can protrude
copied it twice and moved it to the left and right

 

then I selected everything and subtracted it from the background
so that only what is on the paddle remains

last but not least, i took a palm tree from xcs and aligned it

simply create a rectangle that extends beyond the paddle
i made the tip with edit node

fill the signs as you like with symbols text etc.

Step4: assembling

i used acyrl colors for painting
but I diluted them with water so they don't cover

i glued the ends of the cords to the back with glue
