A simple 4 part acrylic toothbrush holder that can store 2 electric and 2 manual toothbrushes. To complete this project you will need some 3mm thick acrylic and waterproof glue that is suitable for bonding acrylic.
I used software called Affinity Designer to create this. design but the same results can easily be achieved using the free XCS software.
You could simply use the rectangle and circle tools and the combine feature to make a design like this.
Engraving can also be added to label the toothbrushes with names or his/hers.
I used the above setting to cut 3mm glossy black acrylic using the xTool D1 Pro 5w laser. You can adjust these setting for use with other lasers.
Also remember that some colours of acrylic are much harder to cut than others. Black is the easiest to cut and the generally the lighter the colour the harder it is to cut using a diode laser.
The assembly process is very simple and the 4 parts simply slot together.
You will need to use glue to hold everything together tightly. I recommend a waterproof glue as this stand will likely get wet during use.
