The first step is making a pill shape and extending it with the edit node function. The reason why is if we just stretch it, the rounded edges will not be as round. Then I added a hole for the lace of the shoe to go through.
Now I added the text. You can change this if you want to, and lastly, I added two versions of the tag: one with no slits and the other with a slit so that you don't have to take the whole lace apart to attach it to the shoe.
For this, I used a black metal business card from Extoo, but other colors will also work.
Now it's time to laser. This is a little hard, as finding the right settings to cut is crucial. If you do it for too long, the card will bend from the heat. Also, remember your laser safety glasses.
