Well it all happens when you see or even have a baby around they are so cute they need to be captured and displayed in a special frame.
Step 1) This project all starts with a shape from the shape button, this shape is copied and pasted to make a second one this second copy gets sized slightly smaller than the first on to create a border.
Step 2) In this step a SVG of a teddy bear is entered into the work area and is sized to fit frame and is slightly angled to have a slanted appeal.
Step 3) With this step the teddy bear image is outlined @ a very close to original as possible. with this outline it is then placed in the top left corner of the newly created border. Before anything else is done the outline of the bear is copied and pasted to make a second copy of it as well.
Step 4) Now that the outline of the bear is in place with the larger outline of the border it is united using the combine feature, once this is done the second outline of the bear is carefully placed right where the first outline of the bear was.
Step 5) Now that the bear is united with the main border the inside of the border is placed to line up with the bottom of the bear. Once this is achieved the outside of the border is moved out of the way.
Step 6) Now that this was done it was time to complete the inside of the border and to do so the combine feature is used but this time the subtract feature is used to remove the bear's foot in the corner.
Step 7) Now in this step the teddy bear is once again placed into the top left corner, zooming in helps line the bear perfectly in the right place. Once this is done then the bear is set to be engraved and the settings are adjusted.
Step 8) In this step the outside and inside of the border is set to cut with setting adjusted accordingly, it is also time to unlock the size ratio and fit the sizing to have the inside opening of the picture frame to accommodate a 4" x 6" picture.
Step 9) This step adds some letters going down the side of the frame, this was done by selecting the text button and editing to A.B.C these letters were then angled and a bold font was chosen, they then were placed and the settings to be engraved were set. Once this was all done it was off to the laser so it did it's job.
Step 10) Once the laser finished it was time to add the baby picture, so cute and so easy to hang with a real beauty of a kid...Enjoy.
