Well our little girl has the royal treatment, she has her favorite treats put aside for he when she wants them.
Instruction
Step1
Step 1) This project starts by measuring the lid of the glass container, this lid is make from Acacia wood. Once the measurement has been established a oval was brought into XCS software using the insert button. Now that there is an oval on the work area a second one is created by copy and pasting.
Step2
Step 2) In this step the 2 different sized ovals are placed on top of each other and the alignment tool is used to center them to create a border. Once this is complete it was time to right click and group the 2 together.
Step3
Step 3) Now in this step a name was added by clicking on the text button and in the edit box selecting what was wanted, in this case Pepsi's Treats. The font can also be selected and sizing as well. It was also time to center the name in the middle of the oval border by doing the same steps as creating the border with the alignment tool.
Step4
Step 4) Now that the oval border and name has been all set up it was time to adjust the settings, there will be settings for scoring the border and engraving the name as the pictures clearly show.
Step5
Step 5) In this step a fake framing square is added to aid in centering the work on the round lid, this square is not set to mark the lid at all it is only there to help with framing when in the laser as the power is set to the minimum.

Step 6) once the lid is completed with the laser a quick cleaning and a food safe sealer was applied. here is the new named dog treat container with the added name. Enjoy.......
