  • Start off by creating 12" x 12" square because I know this is my work space I want to work with.
    • This square is just a guid for all the other objects and will be deleted later
  • Add your text at the top
  • Add a small square and click Grid Array
    • Adjust the rows and columns by how many you will need as well as the spacing
      • For this design I did 60 squares for 60 paint pens
  • Next I add the number “1” and placed it centered over the first square
    • Again back into Grid Array and adjust to the rows, columns and spacing
  • Ungroup the number 1's when you are done
  • Now you will need to go individually to each number 1 and relabel them (2,3,4,etc)
  • once you have everything how you like and how many boxes you need you can delete the outer box
  • set your engrave settings for the numbers and title
    • the boxes can be set to score
    • if you want this to be a fast projects set your numbers to score as well

Step2: Paint & Label

  • Next you will need to paint inside your boxes and label your paint pens with corresponding stickers with numbers.
  • I keep my chart next to my paint pens and keep them in the same order on my paint pen holder to make it easier for grabing and painting
