USA Flag Door Hanger

• Start off by inserting TWO  11.5" x 11.5" diameter 
• Add a square over ONE of the circles
• Select both the square and circle and on the left side panel click “unite at overlap”
  • You should be left with a smaller piece.
• Create a star
  • Click on the star and on the left side panel go to Grid Array
  • Here you will create an array of stars you can add more by increasing the rows and columns as well as spacing.
• Once you have them how you like you will want to place it over the smaller triangle that was created earlier and “subtract”
• Click on the object you just created and set it to “cut”
• Place the triangle inside the diameter in the upper left corner making sure its flush with the edges
  • Now create long skinny rectangles and place on the diameter these will be your stripes,
    • Its easier to make on and copy paste the others so they are all uniform.
    • once all on select each rectangle and on the right side panel distribute horizontally
• Remove the triangle pieces from the diameter (just off to the side)
• Copy and paste the diameter with all the rectangles as many times of retangle s you have.
• Now you will go through one by one and “unite at overlap” for each rectangle you have.
  • Select the diameter for each and the first rectangle
    • “unite at overlap”
      • do that for each rectangle
• You can now arrange them to look like your finally design
• make sure all these objects are set to “cut”
• Add two smaller circles to top of the board for hanging
  • Set to “cut”
  • make sure the left side holes is where a star cut out is.
  • Make sure all objects are set to cut

Now grab your paint and paint your pieces

To assemble:

• Place your star cut out on the left corner making sure its flush with the side of the diameter
• Next start the top with stripes and work your way down also making sure everything is flush.

The project can be customized by added some text if you like.
