Sunflower Bedroom Decor

• This was designed in a different program and saved as an SVG
• Imported into XCS
• Seperated the center section and deleted it. I wanted it to be a solid circle.
• Create an offset outline of the sunflower. 
  • I used a little bit of an offset but you can also make it flush if you like. I wanted to give it more depth. 
• Make a copy of the flower. Delete the outline on one of them and seperate the circle from it as well.
• On the flower with the outline set the outline only to “cut”
  • Add two smaller circle at the top for hanging
    • set those to "cut"
• On the second flower that you deleted the outline make sure its set to “cut” as well as the seperated inner circle.
• Now add your text and set to “cut”
  • If you use a cursive text dont forget to weld the text together on the right side panel

I sprayed painted both boards yellow and the inner circle brown.

I then used the scored lines to help me glue my pieces on the backer board.

I spray painted the text white and glue that in the center of my flower.

• I use painters tape to hold down smaller pieces so they don't blow away when spray painting

And there you have it! This was hung over my daughters bed.
