the box created in makercase
the inner in illustrator
created the simple basic shapes for this
it is important to pay attention to the width
take an outer wall and subtract the thickness from the wood - here it is 3mm
both inner parts also need slots so that you can slide them together
the thickness of the slit is again the thickness of the wood
the length of the slits must also be half the height of the smaller area

first create 2 circles
one thick and one thin
put the grid inside the thin circle
to do this, lay several lines over and under each other
remove the protrusions from the smaller ring

then the flames
I created these with the pentool
here you have to take your time to adjust the tips and the shape
for me at least it looked very strange for a long time

at the bottom a rectangle with 2 small holes

then it goes into the XCS and everything to the laser
