Many people collect a few small rocks, shells, etc from trips. This will give you a way to display and label the collection. Or it can used to make a beautifully organized spice cabinet
Take your measurements. You'll want to know the circumference, height, and diameter of the lid.
Create a rectangle that matches the circumference and height
Create a circle to match the diameter
For the memory jars here are things you may want to include in the design:
I chose the location and year
For the spice jar I added an image matching the name of the spice to the top to make it more interesting
I used the rotary (the F1 cable works with the F1 Ultra) for the side of the lid
The metal prongs with the suction cup holds it in place nicely.
Line it up so the lights are at the highest point of the lid and in focus
Use the rotary and chuck options and set your circumference.
Refresh the camera and line up the start of your design
I engraved the acacia lids at BL 80 power 400 speed 160 lines
Place your lid top on a second canvas
Refresh the camera view and line up your design
The top was done with 80 power 400 speed and 160 lines with Blue Light
The spice jar is now very visible in the cabinet and it's easy to find what you're looking for and it would also be very visible in a drawer.
In a display cabinet with other travel mementos you'll be able to remember years from now where and which trip they came from
