Step1: Design 1
The first step was creating the bull's-eye shape. To make the bull's-eye shape, I used multiple circles and had to subtract each one from the other. Unfortunately, it's rather hard to show without a video. Next, I added the text by either setting it to engrave or subtracting it.
Step2: Design 2
Lastly, I resized it and added a funny saying to the bottom of the coaster. For the resizing, I had to measure the size of the coaster using the S1 pinpoint system. Then, for the last two sayings, I wrote them out and changed the angle.
Step3: Material
For this, I used a stone coaster and would not recommend another material, as stone is resistant to condensation.
Step4: Laser time
Now it's time to use the laser. Make sure to set the settings according to your machine, and if you use a different type of coaster, don't forget your laser safety glasses.
Step5: You're Done
Good news! You’re done with your funny coaster.
