Step1: Laser out the frames

Ok, so this one is a bit of a doozy due to how many laser settings I have going on in LightBurn.

  1. Engrave an inlay for the metal business cards to slot into
  2. Engrave an image into the center, for the center to be recycled since we're cutting that out
  3. Laser score the patterns, can be any vector patterns onto the frame, and magnet covers
  4. Cut everything out!
  5. Glue in magnets/wall hangers along with the magnet covers

In the lightburner file I attached, I also included a way to make wall hangers for the cards if you don't want to use magnets. Assemble those by snapping them together and putting glue onto the corners. Then just glue to the frame and slot onto a nail, screw, etc.

Step2: Engrave the metal cards!

Zap the business cards out then slot them into the frames with some glue. You're a creator, Harry!

Beware, the settings above didn't allow me to input dot duration per us, which seems to be a F1 only thing. It's actually 10 dot duration/us.
