Updated crz.cnc_2011 Business Card Jig with some minor cutting details and description. You will need two pieces of plywood.
Set 3mm plywood in your machine to fit the best laserable area.
Using the S1 boundry (or method for your laser) mark and position XCS image to fit. Remember the cuts are already set for most common business cards. Remember to measure before making any changes and adjusting as necessary.
Once properly placed run the cut in XCS. Remember to check that the appropriate areas are selected. Additional instructions are in the XCS File. There are three score images to allow for later placement of jig.
Take cut piece and glue to uncut piece. If you had to trim the jig to a smaller size remember to cut the second piece but turn off the cuts for the business cards.
Place jig in machine and align the aiming laser so that it aligns with the scored crosshair. This will ensure the jig is square to the laser and allow for accurate repeatable engravings.
