Turn on the machine, open xTool Creative Space on your computer, drag in the required xcs file. Stretch the pre-coated film on the screen frame and put it into the machine (clip the buckle on the locator), first install the 20W laser head; then move the laser head over the pre-coated film and click to measure the distance, calibrate the processing range; finally, confirm and adjust the settings, and prepare for the engraving work.

Adjust the position of the substrate, and after confirming the printing position, evenly place your favorite color on top of the pattern. If you're willing to try something new, you can also mix two kinds of paint for unexpected results!

After the first layer of color is completely dry, remove the screen of the first color block and install the screen of the second color block to continue printing. After the second layer is completely dry, continue to print the third color block. Each time, wait for the previous layer to dry completely before printing.

Once finished, you will have a sunset clock to decorate your room!

Note

1. The pre coated screen must be stretched tightly on the screen frame, otherwise it will affect the deformation of the engraved pattern.

2. If you want to save the pre coated screen for next use, you need to rinse the paint on both sides of pre coated screen with clean water and dry it.

3. For multi-layer color matching silk screen projects, you need to align the engraving process on the locator. During the printing process, you need to wait for the previous one to dry before continuing to print the next one.
