Silverstone race circuit engraved wooden map

To create the map portion of this design I used snazzymaps.com and then manually drew the race track outline using the original map as a template.

Once I had the track outline and the map image, I researched some facts about the circuit to engrave at the bottom. 

I made this design 200x300mm but the size can easily be adjusted by selecting all parts of the design and entering the dimensions on the right tool panel in XCS.

Once engraved you can then display in a frame or add a varnish or wax to the wood to give a shiny finish to display on the wall or shelf.
