Turn on the machine, open the XCS file in the xTool Creative Space. Place the pre-coated screen tightly on the frame inside the machine (snap the clips onto the locator). First, install the 20W laser head; then move the laser head above the pre-coated screen and click to measure the distance, calibrate the processing range; finally confirm and adjust the settings to prepare for engraving.

Adjust the position of the substrate, confirm the printing position, and evenly place your favorite color on the pattern. If you want to try new ways, you can use two colors to mix, which might result in unexpected effects!

Hold the squeegee with both hands, apply even and consistent pressure, and scrape from top to bottom 1-2 times. Check for any areas that were missed and supplement as needed.

The work is complete, and your laptop has a new skin!

Note:

  • The pre-coated screen must be tightly stretched on the frame, otherwise, the engraved pattern will deform.
  • If you want to save the pre-coated screen for next use, clean the paint on both sides of the pre-coated screen with water and let it dry.
