Pride Ornament

• I brought in a design a had done for a previous project and sized it down to 3.5" x 3.5"
• create another circle 3.5" x 3.5"
• create an inner outline so there is a frame
• create another smaller circle and place at the top of the circle with the frame just overlapping a bit
  • Select both the outer circle and the small circle and “unite”
  • create another smaller circle to fit inside of the small circle that is now attached 
  • make sure they are set to “cut”
• Insert text “PRIDE” with the stencil font
• Place it on the smaller circle inside the the frame
  • Make sure its the text is set to “cut”
• Now select all the text and two circles and group them

Check all your settings.

Auto measure your material. 

These are small enough you can find some scrap wood to create some quick projects. 

Paint your backer board. Paint pens works very well here.

I sanded my top piece that says “PRIDE” with 800 grit sand paper it gives it a nice smooth finish and I spray with with a finishing spray. 

• First glue your frame on your your backer board and make sure everything is flush
• next put some glue on the back on the circle with the text and glue that down in the middle of the frame on top of the rainbow.

There you have it a nice ornament for gifting!

If you want you can actually delete the inner circle that the pride is on. Just leave the text and delete the inner circle.
