I started off by using a design I had previously done and worked around it to create a beautiful hanger. 

• Rotate the design by 90 degrees on the right side panel
• Create another diameter 11.5" x 11.5"
• Create another rectangle and place in the center of the new circle you just created.
  • Copy that box and paste it two times
  • you want three boxes aligned horizontally on the circle
  • delete the middle box
  • Copy the circle and to boxes and paste 
  • on the first circle delete the top box
  • on the second circle delete the bottom box
• back to the first circle select the box and circle and on the right side panel click “unite at overlap”
  • do that for the second circle as well
  • you should be left with two half circles
• Place the two half circles inside the other circle
  • Leave a a good size between both for your text
• Add your text to the center of space of the half circles
  • Select it “copy” and “paste”
    • set the pasted test to “cut”

Check all your settings 

Automeasure your material

• Tape off our sections on your backer board and paint them.
• Paint your welcome sign
• I wanted a natural look so I just sprayed the top board with some laqucer

Glue your “Welcome” text within the scored lines on top of the natural board

Glue your top board on top of the rainbow board. Make sure everything is flush.

Notes: Once I was done I realized I forgot to add the string holes so those are now updated in XCS.
