Summary
This project was my first attempt to combining pieces together to create a sort of inlay. The same pattern is cut from two different types of wood (xTool Ebony MDF and xTool Basswood) with a backing board (xTool MDF).

3mm Basswood (the lighter wood in the project)
3mm Ebony MDF (the darker wood in the project)
3mm MDF (the backing boards)
