  1. first we create the text we want to have
    here I have used a thick font so that subtracting is easier and fewer parts are left over
  2. now look for beautiful flowers
    and adjust their size and place them above the text
    I have put the text on score to easily recognize the difference

as soon as everything has been adjusted correctly
click on the text and create an outline with 2mm
i have now repeated this so many times in the number of flowers i had
because the outline disappears with the substract 
click on each flower and the outline and substract
