Small Easter Basket

      Everyone gets a Martha Stewart moment and this was mine! I created a small (6x4") easter basket for each member of my family. All are adults, so just wanted a little something.  Once cut, painted and glued together, I filled them with shredded green paper, added a bit of candy and a tag and set them on each plate for Easter Brunch. They cut out quite quickly.  The colouring takes a bit of time but I use acrylic markers so it can be as detailed as I choose. I also chose to glue them together though you could opt not to by making the slots a bit smaller. A very successful project according to the receivers and it is a great beginner project.
