Hollow Card Generator
Pick a template or fill a heart, a star, or a butterfly with cut-out patterns, and the generator cuts the shape clean through the card front. Choose the fold-up style and the petals stay attached on little bridges, lifting off the page. Add AI cover art, a colored greeting, and a backing paper, check the lift in 3D, then export a print-and-cut file.
How It Works
From a blank card front to a card with light coming through it, in three steps.
Petals and Wings That Lift Off the Page
Fold-up is the cut style that makes a flat card three-dimensional. Instead of dropping every piece out, it leaves a small uncut bridge on each flower and wing, so after cutting you lift them by hand and they stand — a meadow of petals on the front of the card. The 3D preview shows the finished lift before you cut a single sheet, and the generator warns you if any shape sits too close to the edge or the spine and risks tearing.

A Hollow Shape Filled with Patterns You Arrange
Choose a heart, a star, a moon, a butterfly, a letter for a monogram, or a hexagon, and fill it with an array of small cut-out motifs. You set the size, the spacing, and the rotation; add auxiliary circles or a dotted filler; and shuffle the layout for a fresh arrangement. If the pattern can't fit, the generator scales it into the shape with a 6 mm border rather than letting pieces fall apart.

Elements That Arrange Themselves Around the Art
Describe a theme — a tropical summer party with palm leaves and pineapples — and AI draws a set of elements and sprinkles them across the cover, automatically stepping around the cutout shape, the greeting, and the card edges. Fine-tune by tapping any element to move, duplicate, or delete it, or start from a preset set like Birthday Party, Floral, or Autumn Leaves and shuffle until the balance looks right.

A Colored Greeting and a Backing Paper Hue
The greeting prints in color below the cutout, in your choice of font, size, and shade, with small icons like a crown or a sparkle beside it. Behind the hollow shape, a backing paper shows its own color through every opening — the generator places its same-size outline beside the card in the export, so what you print and what you cut stay aligned, and the paper color reads as material, not ink.

Who Makes Hollow Cards
A card that plays with light and shadow tends to be the one that stays on the shelf.
