Information
Accessories for matchbox cars are always a hit. Roads enhance the imaginative scenarios that children create for their play. This project is straightforward and easy to execute, providing the foundation for endless hours of entertainment. Cut out several and put them together to create a longer highway.

Step1: Base platform
Preview
The first step is to add in a rectangle for the road section.

Step2: Create side lines
Preview
To create side lines for the road, I simply added in a rectangle and set it the same length as the road section. Duplicate this rectangle and move it to the lower part of the road.

Step3: Create Dividing lines
Preview
To create the dividing lines, simply paste one more rectangle that was used for the side lines. shorten the line to about one inch. Now use the array tool to duplicate it and set the spacing to about one half of an inch.

Step4: Settings
All the settings for this project are for the D1 with a 5W laser. You may need to adjust them for your configuration.
