RQ-7 Challenge Coin

Spray paint each coin in color of your choicing. I typically do 3 layers on each side. Ensure you don't miss the edges. Do not hold too close or the paint will not lay down cleanly. 

Create design if not using the one included. If using the one included, pick which design you want to do first. Ensure you align with center of coin. Run the program, some small sparks is normal. 

Flip coin over, ensure you keep the image striaght so the coin matches when flipping over. 

Engrave second side of coin. 

Lightly clean the coin with isopropyl alcohol and a qtip. If you want the dark letters to remain, go very gently. If you want silver, then clean till all burned black is gone. 

Seal coin with a clear coat. I used leftover clear coat spray paint from painting outdoor chairs. But anything clear can be used the adhires to a painted surface.
