Step1: Cut file

Check the file for settings appropriate to your machine. It is sized to fit on a 12x12 board, but you can increase or decrease the size of both pieces as long as you do so at the same ratio.

Step2: Color Background Layer

Color the piece that does not have the sunflower design how you would like. I colored a sunset on a field using acrylic paint markers, but you can use spray paint, stain, or other painting methods of your choice.

Step3: Glue Together

After the other part dries, glue the sunflower design on top of that design to create a faux stained glass look.
