Step1: cut out and score the base and stand

  1. cut/score/engrave the different parts
  2. continue with step 2

Step2: engrave and cut the thin sparkut

  1. cut/score/engrave the different parts
  2. glue the sparkut on the stand (use the scored version to guide you for correct positioning)
  3. put the stand into the base
  4. enjoy your little mascotte :-)
