Patchwork Charm Picture Frame

Resize the frame to your preferred size; grab the clear acrylic piece as you resize. 

⚠️ Note: Do not resize the frame stand, or it won’t fit together properly.

Laser cut all frame and frame stand pieces using 3mm wood.

Also, laser cut the clear acrylic window, which will sit between the 1st and 2nd layers.

Optional/Recommended:

• Locate the U-shaped wood piece and trace the inner shape onto paper.

• Cut it out and keep it as a photo-size template! 

Paint all 3 layers before assembly.

• Use score lines as painting guides for the background layer.

• Spray with lacquer before assembling (to avoid spraying the clear acrylic which will be ‘locked in’ after gluing).

Glue and clamp the frame for a secure bond.

• Stand Note: Do not glue down the ’kickstand’—it should rotate freely within the hinges.
