Dice Tower

STEP 1. Import designing documents and verify the size,processing position and processing mode. Put the basswood plywood in the laser device one by one .Then，cut the plywood by laser.

Attention:The documents of pictures are designed by 3mm basswood plywood. If the types and thickness of materials you choose are different from that, please adjust the laser processing parameters according to the actual material. The current case is made by M1 of 10W . If you need to use other machines to complete the case , please readjust the parameters of the laser processing according to the machine. If you need to use a D1 for production, we recommend adding an air assist set to enhance the effect of cutting the plywood.

STEP 2. You can paint the structures of the dice tower if you like.

STEP 3. Assemble the central structure of dice.Find the components of dice according to the picture and then put 4 support components on the central structure. Assemble the surface of dice.Put the 6 outer pieces with cross hatching onto the central structure,then attaching the board with the points.Therefore, the assembly of dice successes!

STEP 4. Assemble the side and the top.Find the other double side board with holes，the hexagonal wood ring and the shortest mounting clips to finish the assembly of the last side.Then,overclap the two top board and assemble the them with 4 long mounting clips.
