ARC Box

ARC Box is a customizable plywood box generator for laser cutting. Start with a preset for bottles, bottles and glasses, jewellery, tea bags, small items or a cash box, then adapt it to your needs.

Enter the usable internal width, depth and height and your measured plywood thickness (2.5–10 mm). The 3D preview and 2D cutting parts update automatically.

Customise your design with:

Rounded living-hinge front corners or finger-jointed front corners.

Removable interlocking dividers with adjustable compartment sizes.

Independent decorative patterns on the front and lid: circles, hearts, stars, teardrops and hexagons.

A wooden latch or a tab for a mini padlock.

Optional side holes for a rope handle.

An optional lid slot for envelopes and cash.

Inspect the box from every side in 3D, animate the lid or use the exploded view. Explore the 2D parts with rulers, pan and zoom, and arrange them on your chosen sheet size.

Enter dimensions in millimetres or inches. Exported SVG cutting files always remain at 1:1 scale in millimetres.

Create living-hinge and front-corner test pieces before cutting the complete box. Apply your measured kerf calibration when needed; if compensation is enabled, do not apply it again in the laser software.

Use the actual plywood and laser settings to test joints and bends. The preview is illustrative, not a strength certification. Check the assembled box and handle before carrying heavy contents.
